Patricia Gartland

교육청 국제교육부 교장

킨더가튼에서 12 학년까지의 학생들을 위한 25 년간의 언어교육과 행정 경험을 가진 다중언어전문가인 패트리시아는 코퀴틀람의 국제교육프로그램이 유학생들을 위한 가장 역동적이며 포괄적인 교육시스템임을 믿고 있습니다. 이곳 코퀴틀람 교육청에서는 유학생들이 캐나다 서부해안 문화를 즐기면서 최고의 학문 및 개인적인 목표달성을 경험할 수 있도록 하는 것이 저희 주요 목표입니다. 1999 년 이래, 코퀴틀람 국제프로그램은 성공과 성장을 보장하는 마음의 평화와 환경을 학생과 학부모께 드려왔습니다. 패트리시아는 저희 프로그램의 확장과 개발에 지속적으로 촛점을 맞추어 왔으며 그로 인해 저희 프로그램은 지난 6 년 동안 많은 성장을 해왔습니다.

Karen Klein

캐런은 Centennial 고등학교 관리자로 계시다가 국제 교육부로 다시 오셨습니다. 그녀는 2000-2004년 동안 코퀴틀람 국제 교육부 담당자 및 국제 summer school 관리자로 일하셨고 Port Moody 고등학교 언어 학부장 및 Gleneagle 학생 관리 담당 선생님을 하셨습니다. 캐런은 UBC에서 교육과 영어 학사 과정을 마치셨으며 University of Oregon에서 Educational Leadership 석사 과정을 하셨습니다. 캐런은 해외 여행을 많이 하였으며 외국에서 일도 하였습니다. 그녀는 수년동안 일본에서 초등학교 부터 대학교 과정까지 가르치기도 하였습니다. UBC와 University of Nevada 에서는 ESL 및 TOEFL도 가르쳤습니다. 그녀의 BC주와 외국에서의 교육자 로서의 경험 및 관리자로서의 경험은 코퀴틀람 국제교육부의 성공적인 성장에 기여할것이 틀림없습니다.

Wendy Clark

Business Manager

Wendy Clark has many years business experience in the areas of office management, finance, human resources, communication and customer service. She gained a good understanding of ministry, board and school district operations, having worked as Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools. Wendy is committed to effectively manage all office and administrative details for those studying abroad. She has lived on the west coast all of her life and enjoys all that it offers. She strongly supports the valuable personal experience international students receive in Coquitlam along with a quality education.



Robert Lajoie

로버트 라조이는 교육과 훈련 전문가로서 20년이 넘는 경험을 가지고 있습니다. 그는 Centennial 고등학교를 졸업한 후 BCIT와 Simon Fraser University에서 대학 및 대학원 과정을 마쳤습니다. 그의 전문 분야는 국제 교육 및 교육 제품과 서비스의 수출입에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 그는 Vancouver Community College및 교육부와 Open Learning Agency를 포함한 다양한 BC주 공립 교육 기간에서 일을 하였습니다. 로버트는20여군데가 넘는 나라에서 일을 하고 거주한 경험도 있으며 #43 교육청과 Canada International College에서 행하는 국제 교육 프로그램의 질을 향상 시키기 위해서 전심전력을 다해서 일하고 있습니다.

Geoffrey Johnston

Program Coordinator

Geoffrey Johnston has eight years experience with the Coquitlam School District. Geoff attended both Montgomery and Centennial Secondary as a student. He has a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University respectively. Geoff was the Counselling Department Head, Work Experience Coordinator and International Education Contact at Port Moody Secondary. He also has experience teaching Business, Science and ESL at the secondary level. As a program coordinator Geoff is committed to supporting students, parents and teachers.


Jean Wong

쥔 웡은 18년 동안 중학교, 고등학교 수준의 ESL 학생들을 가르친 경험이있습니다. Dr. Charles Best 고등학교의 ESL 및 일어 프로그램을 시작하고 발전 시켰습니다. 코퀴틀람 국제 교육의 ESL과정과 평가 패키지도 만들었습니다. 코퀴틀람 교육청을 위한 ESL Board Authority Authorized Courses인 ESL Skills 10 및 ESL Skills 11 을 만드는 것도 도와줬습니다. Dr. Charles Best 고등학교에서 5년 동안 유학생 담당자로 일한 결과 쥔은 많은 문화의 다양성과 유학생들의 어려운 점들과 필요로 하는 것들을 알고 있습니다.
