Group Winter Short Term Programs

The Group Winter Short Term Program is an opportunity for students to develop English skills while participating in activities around the Greater Vancouver area.

As part of the experience, students will live with a Canadian homestay family. Academic and cultural activities will be planned for Monday to Friday and typically students will spend the weekends with their host families for a Canadian experience.

Group organizers with a minimum of 15 students are asked to contact our office to create a customized program.

The cost per student will include EAL Language Program; cultural activities; homestay and medical coverage. Plus $150.00 for a homestay placement fee and $100.00 for an application fee.

*All classes take place at the International Education Centre.

Examples of excursions may include the following:

Fort Langley, Science World, Capilano Suspension Bridge, rock climbing, snow shoeing, canoeing, archery, bowling, swimming, golf, Vancouver City Tour, Vancouver Harbour Tour, Grouse Mountain, laser tag, Space Centre, Gastown, Robson Street, Metro Town, Burnaby Heritage Museum, Stanley Park, Aquarium, Whistler, Victoria and Scouts Canada Day Camp.
